This release features a lot of bugfixes, major new features.
Highlights:

- suite-level plugin with cross probe selection working with sch-rnd
  (through prj-rnd)

- web2 export: multi-page, single file, self contained, searchable, zoomable
  html+svg+js export

- DisperseElements(Buffer) to help grouping randomly arranged subcircuits in
  the buffer into a tightly packed rectangle; typically used after
  cross-selection a group of related subcircuits from sch-rnd and cut them in
  buffer, speedig up initial rough cluster-placement

- ListRats() menu and hotkey binding {c l}; shorthand for finding the last
  reamining rat lines while manual routing
