Release notes for sch-rnd (cschem) 0.8.0 alpha1

This first alpha release features the essential infrastructure:
 - GUI
 - basic graphical editing
 - basic menu system, including object context menu
 - basic dialog boxes (property editor, attribute editor, etc.)
 - basic actions, including propset()
 - group (symbol, terminal, etc.) support
 - buffer support
 - native lihata file format for saving/loading sheets, buffers and symbols
