Release notes for sch-rnd 0.9.2 (beta)

This beta-test release focuses on bugfixes, espcially around wirenet
drawing and modification.

Feature highlight (bugfixes are listed in the Changelog):

1. Major cleanup of the doc and web page; switch over from cschem design
   oriented pages to sch-rnd user oritented structure, following pcb-rnd's
   web page style

2. More accessor actions for scripting, including a plugin for reading object
   hierarchy.

3. Implement a mostly working io_tinycad
