This is a feature release with some bugfixes. The new features include
a large number of netlist export plugins. Highlights:

- generic netlist export plugins, output should be consumed by custom
  scripts: JSON, XML

- alien netlist export plugins: accel, allegro, bae, cadstar, calay, eagle
  eagle5, easyeda pro, edif, ewnet, fritzing, futurenet2, kicad, maxascii,
  orcad, osmond, pads_ascii, protelII, redac, systemc, tango, tinycad

- io_bxl: loading a symbol from a BXL file

- extobj_chart: extended objects to help drawing and maintaining
  charts (block diagrams, flowcharts)
