Release notes for sch-rnd 1.0.8

This is a minor frature release with some bugfixes. New features and
bugfix highlights:

- New feature: attribute table editing (table based mass attribute editing
  using external spreadsheet software or scripts)

- New export plugin for creating boxsym-rnd source for a hierarchic child sheet
  so a symbol can be generated (to be placed on the parent sheet)

- propdel() action and regex based attribute removal

- New internal feature: extended objects

- a bunch of io_geda bugs for better compatibility
